Albertina (Abby) Webb, Esq., Vice President of the Southern Region of the HBA-NJ, as many of you already know, is a longtime member of the HBA-NJ and author of Querida Abby.  She is a partner at the Red Bank office of Hill Wallack, LLP, a full service law firm with its main office in Princeton, New Jersey.   Other offices are located in Cedar Knolls, Yardley, Pennsylvania and New York City.    As a team member of the Family Law Department, Abby and the team guide their clients through the divorce process, resolve related issues involving children, property and support, and provide services that address almost every other family law issues.   They all handle domestic violence and custody matters.  Getting favorable results for their clients while keeping costs down, is part of their success.   Frankly put, Abby says they are great problem solvers.

Abby continues to serve as an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association on its Family Law Executive Committee, where she is active on several of its sub-committees. She is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association where she serves as an intensive settlement panelist, on the Ocean and Middlesex County Bar Association Early Settlement Panelists and recently completed her service for the State Wide Domestic Violence Working Group.   Still a member with the New York State Bar Association, Abby devotes her practice primarily to family law, but also works on commercial litigation matters in New Jersey and New York. 

Abby is the creator and contributor to the Monmouth and Ocean Family Lawyers blog.  The blog tracks current family law issues and laws affecting parties going through a divorce, separation or custody proceedings.
