    Employment & Business Unit Associate – Parsippany, NJ - Employment & Labor Business Unit is seeking an associate candidate with 3-5 years of law firm experience for its Labor Relations and Union Relations practice.    Candidate should have significant experience in traditional labor matters, including contract negotiation and administration, labor arbitration, labor issues associated with business change, OSHA, and wage and hour matters as well as experience before the NLRB.   The ideal candidate should possess large law firm experience, as well as excellent academic credentials and written and oral communication skills.    New Jersey Bar admission is required; New York Bar admission is a plus.    Detailed information on our Labor Relations and Union Relations practice is located on the firm’s website under “Services & Industries”.     

    Employment & Business Unit Staff Attorney – Parsippany, NJ - Employment & Labor Business Unit is seeking a staff attorney for its Employment Litigation practice.   Candidate should have experience in representation of employers in all aspects of employment litigation, including noncompete matters and agency charges.  Candidate should be able to take a matter from initial investigation, through discovery and trial preparation. Candidate should have ADR experience.  This position is ideally suited for an experienced attorney without partner-track expectations, and has the potential for part-time or full-time employment for the right candidate.   Candidate should possess large law firm experience, as well as excellent academic credentials and written and oral communication skills.   New Jersey Bar admission is required; New York Bar admission is a plus.    Detailed information on our Employment Litigation practice is located on the firm’s website under “Services & Industries”.  

    Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Business Unit Associate – Parsippany, NJ - Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate is needed for our Transactional Group. The ideal candidate should possess 2-4 years of experience in the design and administration of qualified and non-qualified retirement and other ERISA-covered plans, including 403(b) plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements. Knowledge of the Affordable Care Act is helpful. Said candidate should possess excellent academic credentials, along with excellent written and oral communication skills. Employee Benefits Law Certificate is desirable. New Jersey Bar admission is required.
