Raquel Vallejo is an associate in the law firm of Weinberger Law Group. After graduating from Seton Hall School of Law in 2004, she served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Thomas P. Zampino J.S.C. in the Essex County Family Part.  Admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New Jersey District Court Bar and the District of Columbia, Ms. Vallejo’s practice has been and remains exclusively concentrated in matrimonial and family law, where she is dedicated to serving the best interests of her clients in all matters related to domestic violence, divorce, child custody, child support, alimony and the division of assets.  

Not only has Ms. Vallejo been a member of the New Jersey Family Inns of Court, she is presently a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Morris County Bar Association and has served as a volunteer attorney for the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter through its legal advocacy program where she represented clients in numerous domestic violence proceedings.

In 2014, she was recognized as a “New Jersey Super Lawyers-Rising Star”. In addition for two years in a row, (2014 and 2015) Ms. Vallejo has been recognized for her outstanding achievement by The Latino American Who’s Who.
