Defining Nationality in the Dominican Republic

The educational program will focus on the recent precedential ruling (168/13) by the Dominican Constitutional Court rendering the nationality of Dominican-born persons of Haitian descent as well as the subsequent actions taken by the Dominican government to address the international criticism of this decision.
