  Student rate available until registration closes or the event is sold out.
• b. Public Interest/Government/Judiciary/In-House Counsel - HBA-NJ Members Only – $225.00
  This rate is only available to HBA-NJ paid members who are in the following sectors: public interest, government, Judiciary, and in-house companies.
• c. HBA-NJ Member – $250.00
  This rate is open to all HBA-NJ paid members who do not otherwise qualify for our other discounted ticket rates.

  This rate is available to non-members who are in the following sectors: public interest, government, Judiciary and in-house companies.

  This rate is open to any non-members who are not otherwise eligible for any other discounted rate.

  This rate is available for tables of 10.
• g. Diamond Sponsorship – $15,000.00
  Scholarship(s) awarded and/or contribution to scholarship endowment totaling $10,000 in your company’s name and opportunity to participate in on-stage scholarship/endowment check presentation; Recognition from podium; Prominent display of your sponsorship level and company name throughout the cocktail and dinner reception; Full page, color advertisement prominently placed in our digital journal and print copy, if available (digital copy will be displayed on our website for one year); Recognition of sponsorship status and company logo on all Gala advertising materials; save-the-date emails, invitation emails, press releases, and signage as above; An opportunity to distribute company promotional materials, if applicable; Opportunity to present a 30 to 40 second corporate video spot during the Gala program; Link to your website on the HBA-NJ website at www.njhba.org for one full year; Premium seating for 10.

• k. Full Page Journal Advertisement – $2,000.00
  All ads should be CMYK and no less than 300 dpi at actual size of ad, and in color. Font should not be smaller than 12 points. Full Bleed page ads should be portrait format at 8.5" (width) x 11" (height).

• l. Half Page Journal Advertisement – $1,000.00
  All ads should be CMYK and no less than 300 dpi at actual size of ad, and in color. Font should not be smaller than 12 points. Half page ads should be landscape format at 7.5" (width) x 4.75" (height). Please provide logos in high resolution - eps format to awebb@hillwallack.com and jacqueline.pena@bowmanandbrooke.com. Deadline for advertisement is March 15, 2023.
• m. Quarter Page Journal Advertisement – $500.00
  All ads should be CMYK and no less than 300 dpi at actual size of ad, and in color. Font should not be smaller than 12 points. Quarter page ads should be portrait format at 3.65" (width) x 4.75" (height). Please provide logos in high resolution - eps format to awebb@hillwallack.com and jacqueline.pena@bowmanandbrooke.com.
