The HBA-NJ is kicking off its Annual Statewide Law Student Mentorship Program on January 21, 2026 at 6PM at Rutgers Law School located at 123 Washington Avenue, Newark, New Jersey.
This initiative is designed to empower the next generation of Latino leaders in the legal profession by pairing law students with accomplished attorneys from New Jersey law firms, corporate legal departments, government agencies, and public interest organizations.
The first session will include a resume workshop and informational panel entitled “From Clerkship to Career: Strategies for Success,” where Judges and attorneys will share information on the clerkship application process as well as how they successfully leveraged their judicial clerkship experience.
Law students: Don’t miss this invaluable opportunity for mentorship, networking, and professional growth! The application deadline is January 7, 2026.
