GENERAL MEMBERSHIP AND NOMINATIONS MEETING

The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey will hold its General Membership and Nominations Meeting on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at Davison, Eastman, & Munoz, P.A. located at 100 Willow Brook Road, Suite 100, Freehold, NJ 07728.  Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. and the meeting will start promptly at 6:30 p.m.  Please RSVP by August 30, 2015.  In addition to discussing items of interest to our General Membership, we will be accepting nominations for the following positions for the 2015-2016 Term:

President-Elect

Northern Regional Vice President

Southern Regional Vice President

Membership Secretary

Recording Secretary

Region 3 Trustee (Bergen County)

Region 7 Trustee (Mercer County)

Region 12 Trustee (Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem Counties)

Region 13 (Atlantic and Cape May Counties)

In order to participate in the nomination process, you must be a paid member in good standing before the meeting is called to Order.  Additionally, nominations may only be accepted by persons in attendance at the meeting unless a waiver from the President is obtained at least forty-eight (48) hours prior to the meeting, in which case you must be available by phone to accept the nomination.

In order to vote in the election, you must be a paid Full Attorney Member in good standing as of September 30, 2015.  If you are not a paid member, please complete the membership form by clicking on link to be eligible to vote in the upcoming election.
