The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey ( “HBA-NJ”) is proud to announce that the 2024 Annual Women's Empowerment Leadership & Law (“WELL”) Conference will take place on March 9, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Rutgers University Student Center located at 126 College Avenue, New Brunswick, New Jersey.

The purpose of the WELL Conference is to empower and encourage women to become leaders, as well as to inspire women to flourish in leadership positions within the legal profession and beyond. Each year the WELL Conference welcomes nearly 200 diverse attendees including seasoned legal practitioners, government officials, judges, as well as students from law schools, colleges, and the HBA-NJ American Dream High School Pipeline programs.

The 2024 WELL Conference, as in prior years, will be free to attend due to the generous funding from sponsors, which supports accessibility of the event. Benefits for attendees include: opportunity to network with trailblazing Latina lawyers; hear from empowering speakers through two different panels and keynote address; earn free CLE credit; and time to interact with community partners and vendors, e.g. women-owned business.
