The Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey ("HBA-NJ"), in partnership with the New Jersey Puerto Rico Commission, is excited to announce a volunteer opportunity for attorneys like you to make a meaningful impact in our community.
We are seeking volunteer attorneys to join us at Kean University (STEM Building) on May 18, 2024 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. to offer your guidance to future and current Latino business owners on various aspects of New Jersey business formation, registrations, vendor approvals, and minority and/or women designations. Your expertise can help empower entrepreneurs to navigate the complexities of starting and growing their businesses.
As a volunteer, you'll have the opportunity to directly contribute to the success of Latino-owned businesses while fostering economic growth and diversity in our state. Complimentary Puerto Rican catered lunch will be provided for all volunteers.
If you're interested in joining us, sign up by May 10, 2024. Your commitment will make a difference in the lives of many aspiring and established entrepreneurs.
Thank you for considering this opportunity to give back to our community. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to Arianna Mouré at arianna.moure@sos.nj.gov.
